YES you would be within your rights since this guy can in extreme be said to try and KILL or cause Grevious bodily harm!!! You can go to the nearest Police Station and lay a charge of Reckless and/or neglegent driving. This then becomes a criminal case in which the STATE takes action and you become a witness for the state!!

You only need a time date circumstance as well as the behaviour, which in this case can be classified as reckless and dangerous driving with intent to cause harm.

If you don`t want to lay a charge as above the most probably you can write numerous letters to the Traffic Dept with follow-up letters. What I`d do is phone the dept and try to get a person`s NAME to report it to. Then hammer this person with the letters.

Yes we may end up being reported as well. In my humble opinion I`d say if we ON PURPOSE keep on driving in such a way as to endanger other people we SHOULD be reported as well.


If one can get the person`s address you may phone and let them know about that their behaviour has been noted and that actions are being taken. NEVER tell them where or how you got their details from though

My remedy for road rage! :evil: I do not suffer from it, I rather cause it! It is sooooo-much more fun to have other people rant and rave (giving is better than receiving! :roll: ). These guys who cut into the lane suffer the consequences, of having a black boot mark from tail light to head light! The pleasure of getting even and not mad is lasting. I fear that if we leave these MotherF?rs to do as they please it will be contagious and soon we (the bikers) will be fighting a loosing battle. When uncle gets home he will remember what caused the black-rubber stripe now prominently displayed on the side of his car!
