Default New Member from Cape Town (Tableview)

    Good Morning Everyone
happy to be part of the forum. Going to start commuting from Tableview to Tygervalley soon on the Triumph in pic below. Wish me luck as I am new to this. Looking forward to learning as much from everyone here as possible. Is anyone here doing this commute ? I have the option of N1 or through Winelands ???? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Welcome neighbour

I stay in Parklands and used to work in the Okovango area, you need to avoid the N1, it's soul sapping.

    go this route.... https://goo.gl/maps/kbkzzWWvR4n

    Welcome on board
    Ride safe
I commute often - for me, two points: not raining at home and 12* or more, I ride bike.
Travel 30 km to work, 30 back. Bike preferred for traffic etc

I've also found, most motorists make space for a bike to pass if you ride respectful speed (not storming past) and one would have to drive some magnificent car before motorists would make space
