Thanks all who have either PM'ed me or posted their forum nics, also thanks to all for the patience while this is sorted out.

After numerous talks and meetings with various courier companies the best option seems to be Fastway or alternatively SAPO which is out of the question. Unfortunately Fastway can only meet me next week which will cause a delay in sending the membership packs which are further out.
@Warped apologies but your pack will be in the first batch sent with Fastway.
One last hurdle on the packs are the Blood Type stickers, meeting with a supplier tomorrow morning to drop off samples. I do not want to send membership packs with missing items or in drips and drabs.
Please bear with me while we sort out these final two hurdles.

Speak to Az, we have always had these stickers printed for the campaign by a company here in CT, Prodigy Graphics...he has the artwork, and the quality and price have always been fine...

Fastway have been secured as the preferred courier for the membership packs.
They will deliver the satchels on Monday afternoon.

Membership cards awaiting printer to let me know when they are ready, once this happens will send off.

On that day time address, that's a very good point. A lot of
business complexes have staffed mail rooms which is what I've used
in the past. There's always someone to receive the package and it
gets stored away securely until it's picked up. I can't be sure what
address is on hand here and I know that's even more admin.

A social meet would maybe make it easier, some of the car clubs do
just those about once a month where they would be available for
collection and that kind of thing. I know it's a tough one to get
right.

I take it the packs have been sent out, got a call from fastway yesterday afternoon but I wasn't home so I gave them my work address and they will be delivering here during the course of today.
