    Default What happened to my membership registration?

    I submitted my forms and paid the R190 3 weeks ago. Up to date I have not heard anything. Whats happening?

    I searched, found a number who may match, but profiles seemed not linked to Think Bike

    I've paid my dues 7 Oct already, been in contact via email with a number of people, all has been empty promises thus far

    My commitment was to respond on positive news
    I have partial news - you may decide positive or negative
    One response claimed machines being outsourced etc etc, causing delays,
    Another that an admin person dealing with memberships, resigned, causing a backlog
    Both ventured saying it ought to be resolved within the week (I'll assume meant next week, 26-30 November)

    Nope, still remains empty promises. I'd advise not paying funds into the empty pit

    Morning Guys,

    I chatted to Jadd and he advised to please hold on just a little bit more, he is busy with the cards etc but has had a few issues in terms of connectivity over the past few weeks.
    You will definitely get your cards.

    read the cards are posted and I didn't list my address.

    Is it the only way? I'll go through it again with those details this
    time if that's right.

    Rest assured, it is not a empty pit. Unfortunately, ThinkBike does not have a single permanent staff member. All of them are volunteers. While one can only appreciate their effort, there is a negative involved. Whoever is doing a specific job, like Membership, can walk away without any notice period. Then, the equipment to print cards may be at his house 100km away. Someone needs to go fetch that, etc, etc.

    This is not an excuse on their behalf, just stating the facts as I have experienced it back when I was involved in the management of ThinkBike. I understand your frustration, but please be patient a tad longer.

    Thanks for updates, appreciate. Honestly, I was not aware of the state of affairs regarding staff and respect the challenges faced. I'll be patient based on the conviction and passion I see here on this group of those who take the time to engage and set the records straight
