    Default Delay in Card Printing

    Our trusty card printer is in for a long overdue service, and as such we wont be able to print cards for the next week or two.
    This only affects members who have applied or renewed from the 11 September.
    I will post as soon as we have received it back from the technicians
    I never try anything, I just do it >;

    I have recieved my emvelope with the renewal letter and dnr stickers but no membership card recieved, please assist.

    Leon, as soon as we receive the printer back from servicing, you will get a card. Without the printer, we cannot produce cards, which is why we made this announcement

    Thx Smart, I thought I done the renewal before the date as indicated above.

    Rather than start a new thread for one question... hijack on... my card was posted around the 20th Sept, it got to Tshwane hub on the 26th and has been sitting there ever since. I have tried phoning the number given in the notification email but it just rings, I have sent an email to customer care and await a reply. Any other suggestions? ... hijack off.

    I though not, I drove past (my kids are at CBC) and only saw the ones for newspapers, etc. Az or I are always around during the day, or even an evening is fine? Do you still have our address? (It's the return address on the last letter we sent)

    I don't know which post office it will eventually go to, pretty new in the area and any post I've had so far has been delivered to my complex. I'll go and check at one of the local PO's, hopefully they'll be able to help.

    Collected my card from the local Post Office today, the online tracker still has it in transit at the Tshwane Hub, so anybody who lives in this area rather go and check with your PO before the item gets returned to sender.
