will those things really protect your radiator when a stone comes off a car at 120km/h? i have seen sturdy ones before but these look like i can bend them with my thumb

Belive me, the grid is quite sturdy, won't stop a brick at 120, but a smaller stone or piece of wood will be stopped and save your radiator. The stainless steel is quite strong. I had to bend the angles on the bracket myself, and could not do it with a pair of pliers alone
