That's what I was afraid of.

I never attended an event, much less organize one, so I don't know what needs to be done.

If previous organizers tell me what they did, I can get the wheel rolling.

And if he replies nicely and says yes, we post the event...if he says no....well, that's never happened before so I don't know how to deal with that....but we'll make a plan

Any Saturday from now to then from about 12h00 onwards ....................... and I have a few possible venue options now, depending on numbers

It is also possible to make it an evening thing if not more than 20 pax.

Same as before ............ cost zilch, zero, nada

Same as before, tuperware bikes may be re-branded and cage bound attendees may have to buy a round (unless they have a valid doctors certificate or note from their mom's)

Ok, so Booster, all you have to do now is pick at Saturday afternoon (Early Dec, before everyone goes away or gets overladed with Chrismas functions) and we are ready to rawk'n'Roll!! Start a thread on the Forum and nag the Cappies to join us!!!!

The deal with Lone Hog is, every one/family who attends puts some $$$ into the lion food donation box as we arrive, and we bring our own picnic type boxes with us with human fodder for ourselves.
