Just got a call from Franci a work collegue of Tinus. Tinus is Critical and in highcare on a respirator. The biggest concern is the brain injury. His other injuries are facial fractures, bruised hart and lungs and broken ribs.
Will post an update in the am.
Thanks Gem, and thanks to everyone who stopped to support, this is truly an amazing "family" we are all part of!

I went past due to police and other riders being on the scene at the time, and for fear of getting in the way. This has shaken me to my core (was about 100m behind, didn't see the accident but got there I would estimate about a minute after). Kudos to the police who from what I could tell responded immediately as they were driving past.
Tinus is in my thoughts constantly, wishing him a strong recovery from this ordeal.
The problem with a UDP joke is you're not sure if anybody got it.

I believe Tienie is improving,they say not as critical but still serious. He looks relaxed and pulse is down to 72 from 115 yesterday. Praise His Holy Name. Thank you so much for the prayers.
