Pravesh's wife has moved to Durb's - she sold their house in JHB , as we were invited to join in on a memorial run this coming September - tracked his wife down on Pravesh's phone - it was one of the saddest phone calls I have ever made, as she never deleted his voice message. Wreck my day.
We are still going on the memorial run as ThnAir has decided that Pravesh was so cool - that he should always be remembered. So plaque will be made and will be hung on the tree on the 22.

Pravesh and I started our Marshalling at the same time and we did many KM's together.
Much respect for what TSOR are doing.
I'd like to be there, but between the little one, the financial woes of the country and lots of other reasons, I'll not be able to make it

R.I.P Pravesh. I never knew him or met him, but I can see he played a huge part in many people's lives here in the TB community.

I went past the spot a few weeks ago and noticed the TB stickers still stuck on the pole... with the pole bent thanks to another accident in the same spot.
I switched off the radio and all went quiet for the rest of our trip... even my wife and 2-year old daughter just sat there, staring out the window...
