Trying to round banners up is like trying to get water out of a stone, just don't understand why people have to hold onto them when we can make such a statement ....

Anyway, I am setting myself a goal to try and get as many banners as we can made, hopefully before the 94.7 and toy run and then these will be controlled and used for events!!

If there is anyone with any suggestions on who to approach, please send me pm with the details and I will do what I can. This can be done so lets make it happen.
Bryan or Tanya, can you please let me have the TB logo and banner artwork so that I can show potential sponsors what it will look like.

Could really use some help with this so don't feel shy to lend a hand. Send me a pm if you are keen to get involved with this task.

PS: Please just know that these banners will belong to Think Bike.

    Here's what I need :

Dhenning - can you check with your contact if we can perhaps have access to power for coffee in the morning and an ice maker.

Loki - what to bring: ice maker, chairs, cooler box with ice, sunblock - need black tablecloths, do you have any?

Solstice - what to bring: gas bottle, chairs, cooler boxes and ice bricks, sunblock - do you have a tressle table you can load in the bakkie?

Colyvon - I am going to need your help early in the morning to go to the Momentum stands for the waters and other goodies, remember your HV vest!

RoseThorn - will bring stock (although we may not sell anything), have now made a display board for the items with their prices and the stock is in shelves so they can't just go missing off the table, also used the remaining cash and got us a 3 tier tea trolley on wheels which will work great for our coffee station and other stuff.
I will add butter and milk into the container and get the boerewors and bacon, who can bring fresh rolls?

REMEMBER WHATEVER YOU GET FOR THE STAND, BRING ME YOUR SLIPS.

NOTE: Please when folding up banners, to roll them up and not fold them like Saturday as it creates creases .....

I have spoken to Service Manger at Waterford, Going through the 11 or 12 November and inspect power point- He reckons about 150 meters - They don't have such a long extension lead-
Will check and advise, For now, we might start to look for a Looooong extension lead

Thanks, will wait to hear from you then.
We have two long leads but NOT 150m. Is there not power in the guard hut we can take from?
Will chat after your inspection then.
