We will be having our half way spot at the same place as last year, outside Waterford Landrover. We need peeps to set up and maintain the tent/gazebo, and create an Awareness spot for us.

BB, can you confirm how the refreshments work, are they sponsored or do we need to arrange our own food and drinks?
As I was not involved last year, what are the Do's and Don'ts?

How does the road closures work, do we need to be in by a set time etc etc, ?
I might not be able to be there the whole day so my concern is getting in and out.

There will be road closures, are you planning on coming in the cage, bikes are not a problem.

We got lots of time. We can get together early Nov and sort out some of the small details....until then, nothing to worry about.

Waterford Land Rover is part of the group I work for so I know a guy or two there, If you need anything let me know and I will be glad to see what I can do, eg: parking, power etc

Cool stuff, I know last year we had a bit of a toilet problem but we will chat later as BB said .....

I will need details on getting in and out with the cage closer to the time.. can also take supplies that may be needed

As soon as the planning begins, it will all be posted here .....
Once you are in with a cage, you can't leave until the roads are open...
