My answer was that he was all three. He handles the bike well and is a good rider, also very very lucky that somebody didnt spot a gap in front of him and dive across for it, and a blithering sh!t-head moron to even imagine that he would still be alive by the end of the year.

Amen. Rides like he's got a "mega urgent SW6 - EC1" on board, doesn't he.
Chunks of that (esp. from 4:15 onwards) are a real trip down memory lane. Makes me realise how blessed I am to still be here, despite myself.
You can't do this on the N1.
People will flash their headlights at you, swear at you, cut you off, and aim for you.
As a new rider, I am not impressed by his "riding skillz" at all. If you want to be an idiot and endanger your life, do it where only yours is at stake.

I seriously expected to see an accident somewhere in the clip. Some scary/stupid stuff. But it begs the question.
How many of us do things like (in overtaking 1 or 2 cars) now and again and son't even realise it sometimes?
Ride behind a bike weaving and watch how close its mirrors can get to other vehicles. I'm sure it looks the same for ourselves, we don't always realise it.
