Lady Rider Training - No Charge

Stranger and some trusted friends are putting together a rider training session for LADIES ONLY.

This will be held on a Sunday morning and once there are enough names, a date will be set.

Please put your name down if you're interested.

NB: no husbands, boyfriends or significant others will be allowed at the training - not even to watch.

Seeing as there is so much interest and we are now up to 10

How about this coming Saturday, 8 till 9 theory 9.15 to 10.15 road

Sunday I have Zoo lake cycle race.

I for one can't do this Saturday and nor can the Prowlers - we have a Prowlers Poor Man's Run this weekend and we are leaving on Saturday morning.
