Well, I do know a couple of people on Arizona. That is right next to New Mexico....

Some of us are full of thoughless questions, but there is another cause: For those in the USA, our liberals who have watered down our education system for that last 50 years are to blame. They do not teach the basics such as reading, writing, arithmetic, and geography as thoroughly any more. Instead, they teach about things that make the students feel good about themselves. (Gives you goose bumps, doesn't it?)

In reality, I suspect that few students today could point to South Africa on a map of the world. Many of them cannot even find Washington DC. (That may be good, however -- keep them away from our liberal president.)

We were at the Kennedy Space Centre waiting for one of the presentations to start. Our kids (then 5 and 3) were playing quietly together on the floor.

The lady next to me (American) leans over and says, "They're so well behaved!"

    I say, "Yes, they are."
"Oh, you're not from here. Where are you from?"
    "South Africa."
    "Oh, that's far away?"
    "Yes, 18 hour flight!"
    "Africa? But you're not black."
