CIT/THINK BIKE Bikini Bike Wash fun Day!
Here's the details for the day.
DATE: Sunday 13 May 2007
VENUE: CIT Rivonia (Cnr Witkoppen & Rivonia Rds)
WHAT: CIT & Think Bike Fun Day
ACTIVITIES: Bikini Bike Wash, Paint Ball, Dyno Tuning, Climbing Wall, Jumping Castle for the kiddies, Dunk Tank, Parachute Castle, Boerie Rolls & a Juice
PRICE: R100 per person (includes all above activities) - Half of this will come to TB(Thank you Leoni)
There will be prizes and we require the following volunteers please:
Sexy ladies (about 4) to wear bikinis and wash bikes. I thought that I will have fake leather chaps made, hot pants and TB bikini tops - input please.
We need (about 4) hunky guys who will strip down to only their jeans to assist these hotties in washing the bikes - volunteers please.
We need a photographer.
We need about 3 peeps to man the TB stand.
We need 2 peeps to man the Dunk Tank.
We need 2 peeps to man the climbing wall.
The other activities we can assist with, but CIT can provide the peeps for those I think.
Let's assist where we can.
Invitations will be sent to ALL CIT customers and we are going to advertise the event on all the biker forums. Any more suggestions to advertise and market the event.
Then I also need a TB person to take ownership of this event on the day as (sorry about this) I will be away in Cape Town on the day, but will assist with all the arrangements up untill the day. Who's willing to step up and take this one?
