Items Needed for AMID
Who can assist with supplying the following to be used at AMID:
1 x A4 Laser Printer and a Cartridge (Black) - The memberships will be done real time.
3 x Reams A4 Paper
3 x Folding Tables the steel type +- 1.8m x 0.75m
3 x 50m Extension Cords
2 x Multi Plugs (3 to 5 Socket)
1 x Fridge to keep coldrinks in for peeps assisting with the TB activities at AMID
3 x Logos to hang on the visitors sides of the tables (Tanya can you please provide the specs/pricing) Width 1.8m x 0.65m high
Plenty Time banners to put up all around AMID
We've already got a sponsor for 2 x Touch Terminal, thermal paper and table cloths for the tables
As the arrangements gets finalised we will update the "needs list"

What about something like: "POP a balloon and win a prize" .....
Main prize could be a years membership and then other smaller prizes if we can afford give aways .....
A way to raise some money and attrack the kids to bring the parents to spend money ???
I would be happy to run with this if you like the idea - will arrange all the balloons etc .....
